It includes various types such as BTO(Build-Transfer-Operate), BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease), BOT(Build-Own-Transfer), BOO(Build-Own-Operate); Kyeryong mainly engages in BTO and BTL. As for BTO, the authority takes over the completed work, and the company is granted a right to operate the facility for a designated time being, and makes profit by collecting fees from end users. As for BTL, the authority takes over the completed work, and the company collects lease fee from the authority.
