Defying conventional ideas, the design of a building created an artistic, gentle atmosphere, acclaimed to be ‘an architecture in perfect harmony with the environment,’ with its freely open structure. The building won 1992 Korea architecture award.

Surrounded by apartment complex and houses, the company carried out a thorough survey to deal with noise, arsenic acid, and dust before construction. To assure consistent color tones of granite board, construction team visited the stone quarry in Pocheon. KT acknowledged the company for excellent service, and the building won Daejeon architecture award.

To minimize impact on natural environment, low-rise buildings were designed, and similar functions were clustered to shorten flow of movement. The complex includes 5-story high dormitory, indoor sports center, indoor swimming pool, tennis court, bowling alley, soccer field, and volley ball court. The project won the Ministry of information and communication award in April 1999.

Intelligent system was applied to accommodate state-of-the-art medical skills and architectural methods. To add symbolic meaning, traditional Korean roof design (Joyangmun) was applied. The building is finished with granite.
